How this started
Five years later there are two homes, both the Old Town Naples, both with their own heated pool and garden. Neither is in a resort. There are no shared walls, no lobby, no wristbands, and nobody knocking on the door at eleven to service the room. What we kept from those early stays is the part guests still mention most: you deal with the owner. When you message, one of us reads it. When something needs fixing, we fix it. It's a small operation on purpose.

I've been booking short-term rentals for more than fifteen years and I've stayed in fifty-odd countries. You learn quickly what separates a good stay from a frustrating one, and it's almost never the furniture. It's whether the listing was honest, whether the beds were actually comfortable, and whether anyone answered when you needed something.So that's what we do. The photos are of the real house. The amenity list is accurate. And messages get answered, usually within the hour, by the person who owns the place.
How we host
Every photo is of the actual house, taken recently. If something is shared, dated, or under repair, it says so before you book.
Messages come straight to Alexander, not a queue. The average reply is under an hour, and it stays that way once you've arrived.
Professionally cleaned between every stay, with fresh linens and towels. Check-in is at four so there's time to do it properly.
Book here and there's no platform service fee. Free cancellation within 5 days before arrival, and seasonal rates for longer stays.
