1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility depends on when your reservation is cancelled. Guests should review the cancellation terms carefully before completing a booking.

2. 5-Day Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their reservation within 5 days before the scheduled arrival date to qualify for a refund, subject to the terms confirmed at the time of booking.

3. Late Cancellations

Cancellations made 5 days after check-in is  non-refundable.

4. No-Shows

Guests who do not arrive on their scheduled check-in date without prior cancellation may not be eligible for a refund.

5. Early Departures

If a guest chooses to leave the property before the scheduled check-out date, unused nights are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

7. Changes or Exceptional Circumstances

Requests involving reservation changes or exceptional circumstances will be reviewed individually. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can discuss available options.
