A state-of-the-art kitchen features handcrafted open shelving stocked with every gadget and piece of cookware a chef could dream of. Prepare delicious meals with a full set of stainless steel appliances, a Belgian waffle maker, plenty of spices, coffee & tee choices, cooking essentials & a large sink.

Coffee and tee lovers are in for a real treat… multiple Keurig and grind/brew coffee makers will delight even the most discerning latte enthusiast!

When your tasty creations are ready, gather at the four-person dining table. Or use the outdoor dining table for up to 8 people!

BEDROOMS AND BATHS

This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests across four bedrooms with premium and sateen bedding. Two full baths feature complimentary toiletries (shampoo/body wash/conditioner)!

Snuggle up on a cloud-like King bed in the master bedroom furnished with a small desk, large closet, 48″ LG 4K OLED TV and doors outside. Or pick the other bedroom with a Queen bed and large closet with a professional Rowenta steam iron & ironing board! All the rooms are allergy-friendly and include one Filtrete portable air purifier if you are highly sensitive to air quality.

The spa-like bathroom wows with a bathtub featuring Italian Marble look tile, and one-person vanity with a large mirror. Another bathroom includes glass shower doors and a spa shower head. Freshen up and feel like in a five-star resort with our luxury designer towels and a full set of toiletries & bathrobes.

All new baby gear, including a Pack ‘n Play crib with a mattress, one high baby chair, two sound monitors are available in the house. One additional queen size bed is available (stored in the garage) at no extra charge.

OUTDOOR AREAS

An amazing swimming pool (heated to 85F from December 1 to April 30) and an extensive tropically landscaped backyard await you, too! Send the kids out to the huge backyard, which has lots of room to swim, run, and play games while you gather for drinks and conversation on the patio, which features seating up to 8 people.

As evening falls, enjoy the ambiance of the famous sunset while dinner sizzles on the grill (one full propane tank is included). Watch movies on a large 75″ TV.

Guest amenities include a complimentary starter supply of all kitchen essentials, superfast Wi-Fi, and unlimited streaming access to your favorite TV platforms & board games for a full suite of entertainment. A full beach set including 8 beach chairs, 6 umbrellas, tote bags, on-wheel coolers, plush beach towels, plus beach toys. Tennis, soccer, football, basketball, and other games are free, too! Kayak and fishing gear are available on request.
