You pay the nightly rate and cleaning, and nothing on top. There is no platform service fee when you book on this site, which on a week's stay is a meaningful saving.You also deal directly with Alexander, the owner, from your first question through to check-out — not a support queue.
Use the Check Availability box at the top of any page. Choose your dates, the home, and how many guests, and you will see live availability and the total price straight away. Bookings are confirmed instantly there is no waiting for approval.
You pay by card through our booking system, which uses an encrypted payment provider. Your card details never touch our website, and we never see them. You receive a confirmation email with your booking details as soon as the payment goes through.
Free cancellation within 5 days before arrival you get a full refund, no questions asked. Inside that window, please get in touch. Plans change, and we would rather talk it through than hide behind a policy.
The prices you see include all taxes. A one-time cleaning fee of $280 is added at checkout.
Two separate private homes in Naples, both with their own heated pool: The Blue House — 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 6 beds, sleeps 10. The larger of the two, best for families and groups. Lakefront Retreat — 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps 6, and both homes welcome pets. They are booked separately and are a 5-minute walk from each other.
The entire blue house is yours. Just you, the house, the garden, and the pool.
The lakefront house has a completely separate small duplex apartment with a private entrance that is sometimes occupied by the owner.
Yes. Both houses have WI-FI and a dedicated workspace, so video calls and large uploads are no problem. Also, there are multiple homes that have 4K TVs with the usual streaming apps.
Yes — full-size appliances, proper cookware, coffee maker and everything you need to cook a real meal rather than reheat one. There is a grill outside with propane included.
Yes: travel cot, high chair, changing table, and baby monitors, plus Pack 'n Play. Just ask when you book so it is set up before you arrive.
Yes, and it matters more than people expect in winter. Both pools are heated to around 86°F from December through April. The pools are heated on request — tell us before you arrive so it is warm when you get there. There are no extra fees.
The Lakefront house has an indoor hot tub, available all year.
At the Blue House, a landscaped garden with a paved pool deck, loungers and patio seating for eight. At the Lakefront House, a lawn running down to the water, a hammock and direct lake access if you want to fish.
Check-in from 4:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. If the calendar allows it we are usually happy to flex either end — just ask a day or two before.
Self check-in without a keypad code; you just open the door. No key collection and no waiting around, no matter what time you arrive.

Yes, both houses are pet-friendly; a pet fee of $140 per pet applies.
Yes, both homes have a full-size washer and dryer, plus an iron — handy on longer stays.
These are quiet residential streets, so parties and events are not allowed and we keep to normal neighbourhood quiet hours. Family gatherings and friends staying over are of course fine.
3rd Ave Beach is a 10 minute drive, 4.5 miles, and the Historic Naples Pier is 10 minutes at 4.8 miles. Bikes are in the garage if you would rather ride than drive.

It helps. Naples is spread out, and most of the good things are a 5 - 10 minutes drive. For short trips, the bikes cover a lot of ground, and coffee and food are close by on foot.
