By making a reservation with Naples Beach Stay, you agree to provide accurate guest information and comply with these Terms & Conditions, the applicable booking terms, and the house rules.
Guests are responsible for treating the property, furnishings, equipment, and surrounding area with care. Guests must follow all property rules and respect applicable local laws and neighborhood requirements.
Only the number of guests included in the confirmed reservation may stay at the property unless additional guests have been approved in advance by the host.
All applicable rental charges, cleaning fees, taxes, deposits, and other disclosed charges must be paid according to the terms presented during the booking process. Reservations are subject to successful payment.
